Pritam Jiwane is a versatile Human resource professional and is known as an innovator and thought leader with strong execution and collaboration ability across diverse cultures and working with global senior leadership teams.

His professional career has spanned a little over 15 years in IT and Non-IT industries with various global corporations in HR leadership roles in the field of, Human Resources, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, Learning and Capability building, and consulting role to enable thought leadership levels, and has also lead HR projects to derive business results via the extensive experience of working with Global leaders and different stakeholders.

He has completed his Masters in Labour Studies and has credentials of various Management & Leadership Development Programs from institutions like IIM Bengaluru, Mercuri, NHRD and is also a certified PI practitioner. He chose a career in human resources due to his innate passion for people development and strong values proposition of humanitarian psychology.

He is currently working as Head HR at Panacea, a listed Indian MNC specializing in high-tech IT Services company.
